 In Blog

We’re thrilled to announce that our website, CharlieMike.org, has been recognized with two Silver w3 Awards in the 2023 edition of this prestigious global Web design competition. Our website stood out among thousands of global entries in the 18th edition of the w3 Awards, earning accolades in the “General Websites-Non-Profit” and “General Websites-Veteran & Service Support” categories.

Created in collaboration with our Agency of Record, A+S Ideas Studio, CharlieMike.org is a crucial part of our outreach and operational efforts, allowing us to connect with veterans, donors, and the broader community of supporters that make our mission possible. We have experienced significant growth since we launched a year ago, and we look forward to adding more content and functionalities to better serve our veteran community, while making it easier for the public to support our programs.

While the main goal of our website is to further our mission, it is gratifying to see our work, and that of our partners, recognized by leading experts in the field.

About the w3 Awards

The w3 Awards honors creative excellence on the web, and recognizes the people behind award-winning Websites, Online Marketing, Web Video, Mobile Sites and Apps, Social, Podcasts, and Emerging Tech. In honoring the best of the Web, the w3 Awards is the first major digital competition to be accessible to the biggest agencies, the smallest firms, and everyone in between. Small firms are as likely to win as Fortune 500 companies and international agencies. Having just finished its eighteenth season, the w3 Awards received thousands of entries globally from Advertising agencies, PR Firms, Digital Agencies, In-house creative professionals, Web Designers, and Graphic Designers.

The w3 Awards is sanctioned by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), an invitation-only body of top-tier professionals from acclaimed media, interactive, advertising, and marketing organizations like Walt Disney Studios, Lippe Taylor, Meta, Publicis Sapient, Netflix, IBM, NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory, LG, and Wired Magazine among many others.
